WritingMy key fits in the lock, as it has for the last 7 months. I push open the door, flip on the switch, and toss my Gap messenger bag onto my un-made bed. My coat comes off quickly, and is tossed over the back of a chair. Shoes fall off easy. I stand there taking in everything there is about my room. It's quiet. The desk is covered in old things; bottles that are empty, old half finished To-Do lists that I haven't looked at for a week or more, the jar of opened peanut butter, receipts that I don't need anymore.
